New Release: Bounce Pads

While building a new level to play, I found myself asking "Can I go higher?"

So now there are bounce pads.

As of right now:

• Pads needs to be jumped on to be activated
• You can rotate pads
• Pre-made pad assets include "bounce pad" and "slime," but you can draw your own like other components
• You can adjust bounce height lol
